Does Boswell’s offer billing to organizations and companies?

Yes! Boswell’s offers 30 day billing for companies, churches, and organizations as long as they have approved credit. Please call for a credit application.

Does Boswell’s offer non-profit organization’s discounts?

Nonprofit organizations are eligible to receive an additional 10% discount provided that the request comes in a written form on the organization’s letterhead.

Does Boswell’s offer teacher discounts?

Yes, but teachers must have an identification that shows they are an active teacher. In that case, we offer an additional 10% discount.

 

Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days

Cash and check sales: Returns will be given a store credit.

Credit card sales: Returns will be credited back to your card.

Due to the nature of party supplies, some items that are reusable are not returnable. There is no return on seasonal products.

 

Non-returnable items:

All Seasonal items. For example, Superbowl, Valentine’s, St. Patrick’s, Graduation, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc., are not returnable.

Hats, leis, costumes, hula skirts, pinatas, punch bowls, boas, wigs, trays, and many unpackaged items. This list does not cover every non-returnable item.
